Karataş İplik - Fabrika 1
Our Karatas Yarn Facility 1, with an annual ring spinning capacity of 25,000 tons, is one of the leading production hubs in the Kahramanmaras Organized Industrial Zone. Set on a 35,000 m² covered area, the facility houses latest-generation Rieter and Marzoli ring spinning frames, automatic winding lines and compact yarn systems. Producing cotton, polyester, viscose and blended yarns from Ne 16/1 to Ne 60/1, the plant guarantees consistent quality on every lot through its EFO laboratory-supported quality control process and ISO 9001:2015 management system.
Karataş İplik - Fabrika 2
Our Facility 2 holds one of Türkiye's broadest open-end production lines with an annual capacity of 18,000 tons. Equipped with Schlafhorst Autocoro 9 and Saurer Autoairo 480 machines, the line produces cotton, recycled cotton and blended yarns from Ne 6/1 to Ne 30/1 with high volume and low hairiness. Tailored to the towel, denim, home textile and industrial weaving sectors, the facility meets both economic and ecological expectations with BCI and OEKO-TEX 100 certified processes.
Karataş İplik - Fabrika 3
Our Facility 3 is the heart of our sustainable textile production with an annual fibre processing capacity of 12,000 tons. Beginning from PET bottle recycling, our closed-loop flow combines granule production, fibre spinning, heat-setting and carton bobbin winding under one roof. Alongside GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certified recycled polyester fibre, we produce specialty cross-section fibres for technical textiles, nonwoven applications and filling materials. With solar energy investments and a closed-loop water system, the facility is at the heart of our sustainability report.
