ISO 9001:2015 Management System
All our production, quality control, planning, purchasing and shipment processes are documented, monitored and continuously improved within an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system. Internal audits, external audits and customer feedback mechanisms keep the system alive.
Laboratory Controls
Across our 3 facilities we operate 6 separate quality laboratories featuring industry-reference devices including Uster Tester 6, Uster Tensorapid, Uster HVI, Uster Quantum and Truetzschler IDF. Systematic samples are taken from each lot to measure unevenness (CV%), tenacity, elongation, hairiness (H), spinning index, fibre length, micronaire and colour values.
Traceability
Every bobbin carries a unique lot code linking to raw material supplier, production date, machine, shift, operator, test results and shipment information. To meet our customers' supply-chain transparency expectations, all data remains open to GRS, OEKO-TEX and BCI audits.
Continuous Improvement
Quality is a continuous process, not a static point. Each department reviews quality targets monthly; deviations are detected early through KPI-based performance management and corrective-preventive action plans are deployed.
