Production Lines
Ring Spinning
Our 60,000-spindle Rieter and Marzoli ring lines produce cotton, polyester, viscose, modal and blended yarns from Ne 16/1 to Ne 60/1. Standard ring, compact (EliTwist, ComforSpin), siro and siro-compact technologies are all in our portfolio.
Open-End Spinning
Our Schlafhorst Autocoro 9 and Saurer Autoairo 480 lines, with 4,200 rotors, deliver Ne 6/1 to Ne 30/1 cotton and blended yarns in high volume and low hairiness.
Fibre Production
Facility 3 produces fibre from recycled PET; custom developments are possible in 1.4D–6D deniers and 32–64 mm cut lengths.
Winding and Packaging
Our Murata Mach Coner and Schlafhorst Autoconer X6 automatic winding lines deliver export-grade packaging including carton bobbin winding options under strict quality control.
Logistics and Shipment
Located 3 hours from Mersin Port and 1 hour from Iskenderun Port, we can dispatch weekly container shipments. Delivery times: Europe 6–9 days, Mediterranean 3–5 days, transatlantic 18–24 days.
